Eliza Frakes

Eliza Frakes is a writer, theater artist, and educator. Her plays have been produced at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, The Echo Theater in Los Angeles, 21Ten Theater in Portland, OR, and Saint Lydia's in Brooklyn. Her screenwriting has been awarded by Wildsound Film Festival, and BIFF, and her poetry has been published by The Portland Review and Rocksalt Journal.

Favorite roles include Maz in Maz and Bricks at Corrib Theatre Co. and Julie in Mother Sisters at The Echo Theater. 

She is currently an MFA candidate at The Michener Center For Writers through UT Austin.
